Overview

The Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline requires physicians to complete 40 hours of CME every 2 years. Delaware has no mandatory topic requirements — physicians have full flexibility in choosing their CME activities. PAs can satisfy requirements either through 100 state hours or by maintaining NCCPA certification. Non-compliance carries significant penalties including a $1,000 fine.
